It's World UFO Day! If you can, sit under the stars tonight. Otherwise, place an image of space on your altar, light a candle, and sit before it. Relax your mind, breathe deeply, and see a glowing circle of protective light around you. Then envision a pillar of light encompassing you and connecting you with the core of the earth. See this pillar of light also extend straight upward and out of the atmosphere to connect you with the cosmos. Knowing and sensing that you are safely anchored with silver cords to the core of the planet, allow your consciousness to ascend into outer space. Go on an astral journey to connect with extraterrestrial wisdom. Perhaps you will visit another planet or find yourself on board a spaceship. Be open to what occurs, see who shows up, and be ready tolearn what your new friends have to teach you.
