Communicating our needs can sometimes be difficult. Many times we do not want to burden others with our needs, as they can seem selfish. However, by connecting with the energies associated with Mercury and Wednesdays, we can better assert our needs.

When you wish to discuss something important regarding your feelings and needs, wear blue and silver clothing. Think about what you want to get across about your needs, whether you will be discussing a relationship issue or asking your boss for a raise. Right before you talk with the person, say:

"I have no need to shout.
This individual will hear me out."

The person you will be speaking to will be more receptive to hearing what you are trying to convey to them.
