I grew up thinking I hated hockey because I was always forced to go to the rink. It was cold, loud, and boring there.

Many years later, I housed a sweet young man who played on a high-end local hockey team. He begged me to come and see him play. I went because I liked him. As I watched him play, and recognized the multiple, high-level neurological skills involved, I fell in love with hockey. I realized that if I could experience a complete paradigm shift like this with one thing that I held to be "true," then quite possibly it could happen for other things.

Today, open yourself to the possibility of opposites: yin and yang, hot and cold, true and not true. Ask your higher self if there's anything you need to see the other side of. And with this asking, allow for the possibility of a paradigm shift.
