Inspiration Affirmation

Whatever your creative talent, use this affirmation to charge an object for inspiration. It can be used for a musical instrument, a pen, a paintbrush, a camera, etc. Use an item that either symbolizes your art or is something you actually use to express yourself.

First hold the item in your projective (dominant) hand, or, if that's not possible, hold your hand over the item. Visualize it as a way to channel your talent. See the outcome you
desire.

Chant this rhyme three times:

"Help me express
The gift I possess.
Let my finesse
Bring me success!"
