Theft Protection Spell

Without a doubt, you have given or gotten some fancy new things over the holidays and might be concerned about them taking a walk on their own when you aren't looking. Let's face it: if something were to happen to that new phone or MP3 player, your heart would be crushed!

To protect an item from theft, burn equal parts clove, patchouli, and peppermint leaf over a charcoal in a fire-safe dish, and either pass the item through the aromatic smoke or gently fan the smoke over the item. While doing so, say the following spell:

"Wall of thunder, cracked like a whip, protect my things from taking a trip! Unless I will it, they be mine, guard them from thieves both mundane and divine. Wall of protection, I summon you high, by clove and smoke no thief will try! This is my will, and so shall it be, for the good of all but mostly for me!"
