This is the time of year when many people's thoughts are turning toward what they are thankful to have in their lives. A very easy spell of appreciation is to recite the following:

(Before me, thankful, Behind me, thankful, Above me, thankful, Below me, thankful, Around me, thankful, Within me, thankful. For the bounty in my life, I am thankful. For the challenges in my life, I am thankful. May I walk my days in gratitude. For this, I am thankful.)
