Sometimes we find ourselves at a crossroads in our lives, and it's difficult to know what choice to make. This simple meditation can help you decide.
Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Envision yourself walking down a path. The path is a little rough and uneven, but nothing you can't handle. Eventually you stop as you come to a crossroads. From here, each path leads into a small clearing, just out of sight. These paths are your choices. Take a moment and walk each path to see where it leads. As you walk these paths, you see the potential outcomes for the choices you might make. Once you have walked all the paths, return to the crossroads. Feel the energy of the various paths. Does a particular path pull you more than the others? Choose the path that showed you the outcome you most favor and that pulled you the strongest. When you're ready, open your eyes.
