Color of the day: Blue Incense of the day: Sage If you don't already have a meditation corner at home, today is a great time to make one. It can be as simple as a cushion or yoga mat to sit on, a mandala poster, some soothing incense, and/or an album of trance music. Sit down and concentrate on tensing and then relaxing your body, a little at a time, starting with your feet. Relax your mind by meditating on peace and calm. Remember that even though there is a holiday for relaxation, this is really something you should do regularly. |
