Thursday is ruled by Thor, the hammer-wielding Norse god of strength and protection who corresponds(more or less) to Jupiter, king of the Roman gods. In Greek mythology, the Titan who rules Thursday is Eurymedon ("wide-ruling"); the Titaness is Themis ("order").
In what part of your life do you need to be stronger? Set images of Thor, Jupiter, and the Titans on your altar. If you have a Thor's hammer amulet, hold it in your stronger hand.(You can hold a real hammer, but be very careful.) Obeying the Wiccan Rede ("harm none") and knowing that we must not do magic that coerces other people to bow before us, invoke Thor and Jupiter and ask them to stand beside you (or "have your back") where you require strength. Invoke Themis and ask her to remind you that order is often superior to strength. Feel strength and order flowing into your mind and arms.
