With Mercury in retrograde, intuition and instinct work better than words or phrases. Take a moment under this waxing moon to meditate on the energies of air. See beautiful cloud formations in your mind. Feel the lightness and purity of thought and intellect in the ethers around you. Feel and know the truth of the saying "Ideas are in the air." Smell and breathe the sweetness of the spring flowers all around you, and fill your lungs with the dawn breezes. Hear the wind chimes and the buzzing of hummingbirds, the caws of ravens and the sweet twitter and coo of other feathered creatures. Breathe deeply, filling your lungs all the way down to your toes.
Cast a circle in your mind, and vow to honor your breath and your ideas today, to nurture health, and pleasure, and rest. Promise to give your mind this honor from this day forward. Be blessed.
