Life gives us challenges, and sometimes we have to be very strong to overcome the difficulties tossed in our path while still remaining true to our own heart. We can strengthen our heart to help us face whatever life hands us. Light a red candle carved with a heart with rays and your favorite symbols for strength.
Surround the candle with any of the following: Bloodstone, carnelian, aspen leaves, cinnamon, or thyme. Light the candle and hold the index and second fingers of your right hand on your heart chakra.
Repeat the following nine times while you focus on the flame:

"My heart is strong, brave, and true, full of spirit in all that I do."

Allow the candle to burn down.
Whenever you need to bolster your heart, place your two fingers on your heart chakra, and it will create a trigger to empower you.
