To your thighs, hips, back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, and face. Take a breath in each place, releasing tension and extra work. Do you clench your jaw, or use extra effort to sit a certain way? Find freedom in your movement. Throughout your day, check in with your body every hour or two, and release that tension. Find ways to go through your day with less effort, and give that energy to your other goals. |
