Emotional Cleansing

When the waning moon is in watery Cancer, we have a special opportunity to cleanse ourselves of old, lingering emotions - such as guilt, grief, and anger - so we can get our life and emotions flowing in the most ideal ways.
Today obtain a reusable water bottle that you love. Using a permanent marker and/or tape, put the words Emotional Freedom on the bottle. Fill it with drinking water. Hold it in both hands and visualize a very bright white light coming down from above, entering the crown of your head, and going down to your heart and out your hands into the bottle. Say:

"Great Goddess, please infuse this water with vibrations of healing, purification, and love."

Drink at least half your body weight in ounces before the end of the day. Repeat the ritual whenever you refill. When feeligns come up, feel them fully and then let them go.
