Tuesday-named for the Norse god Tyr, the Old English god Tiu, and the Germanic god Twia-is associated with the rune Tiwaz, a glyph of an arrow pointing straight up. Tyr is associated with justice and sacrifice, especially sacrificing individual wants for the good of the community. A spiritual warrior, Tyr exemplified honor and righteousness. Take direction from Tiwaz today, look to where the rune points - up.
Lie on your back in a safe, private spot, outdoors. Gaze up into the sky, and breathe deeply, invoking Tyr. Pulling from the sky, inhale Tyr's faith, loyalty, and commitment to the collective.
