Incense of the day:  Cinnamon
 
Draw on your inner strength today to build courage. Consider things you are afraid of and face them head-on. To remind you of your strength, dedicate a special piece of jewelry or other keepsake to carry with you. Alternately you can simply use a piece of red ribbon. Tie a knot in the center to symbolize a bond of strength. Place the item in a circle of red or white candles.
Visualize the stong flames charging the item with energy.
Say:

"There is no fear that I can't conquer.
There is no task I can't complete.
I have courage that I need to accomplish any feat."

Let the candles burn out. Wear or carry your talisman whenever you need a boost of courage.
