Twelfth Night

Color of the day:  Gray
Incense of the day:  Ivy

We come to the end of autumn and winter festivities begun on Halloween. Saturdays and waning moons are associated with endings and magical dormancy, respectively.
Gather your friends and family for a quiet celebration to take down all Yule decorations. Wassail is the beverage of the day. Feast on fresh fruits and nuts - once a luxury, now readily available. Bake a cake with a bean hidden inside. Whoever finds it is the Lord of Misrule and owns the event, and will host the Twelfth Night party next year. As your guests depart, bless them with a small glass jar of the wassail (include the recipe) for all good and positive energy for the year to come.
