There's someone very special in your life. You see that person every day in the mirror, and you should remind them how special they are!
Hey, you're a great person, and if you don't love yourself, how can you love others?
Make a list of five things that you love about your mind, five things you love about your body, and five things you love about your spirit.
Read over the list, then take some time to give thanks for being you and say the following:

"My guiding spirit I give thanks to thee,
For helping me to become me,
For my spirit, body, and my mind,
As I celebrate my being and let it shine."

Fold the list and place it with rose quartz tumbled stone or piece of rose quartz jewelry under your pillow when you go to sleep. When you carry or wear the stone, be reminded that you are one excellent person!
