Sundays are good days to connect with the power of the Sun and harness some positive energy in your life. You can also use this spell for the start of your work week, or any day you feel the need to boost your energy or evoke a positive attitude. Burn frankincense during this spell and, if you'd like, charge a piece of pyrite or tiger eye to carry with you. Hold the stone in your hand as you chant:

"A new day dawns, I'm glad to be
Alive and filled with energy.
I feel the sunlight filling me,
Bless me with serenity."
