Put yourself in direct contact with the Earth by placing your bare feet on the ground, or sitting directly on it. Breathe deeply. Visualize the radiant life-giving energy of the moon, and the energy of trees, plants, and the Earth flowing up and into you through the soles of your feet, or through your root chakra. It is as if you're a plant, and the energy is facilitating your growth. Inhale. Pull this energy up though your body and around each chakra, brightening it as it's charged. Exhale and cascade excess energy from the top of your head, as though you're sitting in the midst of a fountain of light. Know that you are part of the macrocosm and that you are loved, protected, and well nourished. |
