Sacred Dance and Sacred Plants

Celebrate two important events today - Pagan Tree Day and International Dance Day - in one ritual! Plant a tree or herb (preferably in the monring) and dedicate it to the associated deity. For example: chamomile for Shiva or patchouli for Hecate, and so forth.
Take into consideration your growing zone and season, then plant your tree or herb in a private spot in your garden. If you're renting, plant your tree or herb in a container.
Sprinkle or carry herbs such as bay, cinnamon, and frankincense in a yellow mojo bag with a piece of tiger's eye or amber. Either play some music or listen for the rhythm of nature, and dance around your plant.
Dedicate it with words like:

I give this seedling a place to grow,
In honor of (___) we ebb and flow.
Dance with me (___) and set me free,
Grow strong little plant and Blessed Be!

Dance until the energy climaxes, then meditate on nature.
