Giving Thanks for Peace

Many of us have given thanks for the Earth's bounty at our Mabon feast but will still gather with family and friends today for Thanksgiving, and such gatherings can be stressful. make up a sachet to carry with you to dispel stress wherever you go today.
In a white spell bag place a peice of hematite, a piece of rose quartz, lavender, chamomile, rosemary, and yarrow. Take the sachet with you to a place where you feel safe and at peace, and hold it to your heart.
Say the following chant to charge it:
Flowing waves of serenity
Wash over me, wash over me
I breathe in peace, it fills me
Serenity, wash over me

Carry your sachet on your person, and hold it in your hand when you are feeling particularly frazzled. Take a deep breath, and maybe repeat the chant again in your head. May your Turkey Day be stress-free!
