Increase the Love Vibes

There is no stronger vibration than the energy of love. Indeed, Love is the Law, and is the true key to the wisdom of the self, reality, and the cosmos. As a simple working to increase the vibration of love, simply keep a small dish of caraway seeds on your altar, and set a stone of rose quartz in the middle. Whenever you feel the need to increase love (for yourself or others), grab a pinch of the seeds and lie down, placing the rose quartz over your heart chakra. Chew the caraway seeds while repeating the following in your mind:
Love is evolution. Love is knowing. Love is pure, and Love is growing.
Continue to perform this exercise regularly. It's particularly beneficial to perform this every Friday, which the planet Venus rules. Venus is, of course, a planet of divine love. To take this a step further, perform this little love-invoking ritual seven Fridays in a row. Seven is a number of Venus. You may wish to jot a reminder on your calendar!
