Money Custard

Custard
2 eggs 1 egg yolk
1 ¹/3 cups light cream
¾ cup granulated sugar
Beat eggs and yolk, and cook in a saucepan with cream and sugar, stirring until custard coats the spoon. Remove from heat, and place pan in a bowl of ice water. Stir occasionally as the custard cools. Eat small amounts as you visualize your coming wealth.
