We've all at times spoken too soon, too loudly, or in haste and wished we could take it back. Use this spell on yourself to try to prevent saying the wrong thing if you are in a risky situation. Or, use the spell to help clear the air after you've done it. Find a clear quartz crystal or quartz cluster. Direct the flow of energy through the crystal(s) and visualize it flowing out toward your intended recipient(s). Light an incense of your choice and imagine it carrying your message.
