Throw in a little magic and you are ready for anything! To keep your skin healthy and glowing, mix half a cup of oatmeal and half a cup of water to form a paste. Add three teaspoons of milk and one tablespoon of honey. Apply to your face. As it dries, feel the cleansing and tightening of the paste. Visualize yourself healthy and radiant. Then wash it off with warm water. After this deep cleaning, tone your skin with a rosewater splash: blend three cups witch hazel, two tablespoons rose oil (for dry skin) or half a cup dried rose petals (for oily skin), and one teaspoon of rosemary or lavender. As you mix, visualize yourself refreshed and youthful. Strain out the herbs and splash it on your face. |
