There's something very satisfying about planting a seed and watching it grow. In honor of the new spring season, buy a packet of flower seeds and some potting soil. Find a suitable container and plant the seeds according to the package directions. You can just plant a few of them, if you wish. As you plant the seeds, consider the life contained in such a tiny object. Send your nurturing intent to the seed and soil and enjoy the process of watching the seed or seeds germinate and begin to grow. Focus on wherever you need growth and abundance in your life.

Little plants, thrive and grow
Reach toward the Sun,
Bring abundance to my life,
As I will so it be done.
