This spell is one answer. You will need rosemary oil, a hairbrush, a red candle, a magnet, and something for etching, such as an athame. Light the red candle. Dab a tiny bit of the oil onto your palms and smooth it onto your hair. Brush your hair at least fifty strokes while chanting: I radiate charm and grace. My aura reflects my smiling face. Whomever I meet can't help but see The beauty that lies inside of me. Take up the magnet and athame. Carefully etch your name into the magnet while chanting: I draw intelligence, wit, and style, Every second, every minute, every hour. I help others feel good about themselves; That is my special power. Hold the magnet in your right hand and say: I call these things unto me. As I speak it, so mote it be! Let the candle burn itself out while the magnet soaks up the moonlight. Dribble a bit of the wax from the candle onto the magnet and tie a few strands of hair to it as well.
