Renewal follows the storm, even when there is destruction. Meditate on this cycle when you need to find balance and seek solace after a storm in your life. Use the hammer as a symbol if you wish. Visualize a storm-high winds, rain, thunder, lightning, and hail-but see it moving away from you. Note that where lightning has caused a fire; that same fire has caused dormant seeds to sprout.
