Isis Spell for a Long and Healthy Life

Today is the celebration of Isis's birthday. Isis defeated death to bring back her beloved husband, Osiris. She promised her followers that if they prayed to her, she could prolong their lives into old age. Begin this spell by making a corn cake for Isis:

1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tbsp. melted butter

Mix ingredients and pour into a buttered 8-inch baking pan. Bake in a 425ยบ oven for 20 minutes. When the cake is finished, light a fire you have prepared for this spell. Break off bits of the cake and feed them into the fire, asking Isis to grant you a long and healthy life. Using a feather, fan the smoke so it covers your body.
