Release Your Limitations Spell

This fire release is based on a Vaishnava tradition and is a powerful method for releasing all that you no longer want in your life. Build and light a fire in your fireplace or in a fireproof container such as a cauldron. Taking up a handful of grain, sit in meditation before the fire. As you gaze into the fire, bring to mind all those issues, patterns, or situations that you want to let go of. Allow all the feelings and memories that these limitations evoke to be experienced. Send each of these into the grain in your hand. When you are ready, throw the grain into the fire, chanting:

Holy grain, I give to thee
My challenges
to be set free.
Sacred Fire of
transformation
Cleanse and clear
my limitations.
