Observe their boundless energy and unadulterated view of the world. Watch how they enjoy simple things like watching a butterfly or playing on a swing. In adulthood, it's easy to overlook the pleasure that simple things can bring. At the end of the day, reflect on the things you enjoyed as a child and ask yourself if you can occasionally indulge in the same activities.
