We are approaching Midsummer now. This is a time when we are bound to become a little more frisky and romantically inclined. Pagans male and female know just what to do to attract others when their natures call. But in case you need a few reminders, here are a few herbs sure to do the trick. Dab pure sandalwood oil on pulse points to attract people of the opposite sex. Sandalwood also calms and relaxes nerves and eases sexual inhibitions. Men, especially in the Middle East and North Africa, find gulhina, the perfume oil of henna plant, a sure-fire way to become more attractive. It is used the same way as sandalwood oil. In Hoodoo and some other paths, folks who want to attract those of the same sex adore lavender. If this is your desire, dab some onto a few of your charkas. Southerners have taught us that the plants that grow so readily in their region can add a touch of magic to the love life. Slip a dried magnolia leaf or two between your mattress and box spring or under your futon to keep your lover close and faithful.
