To prepare for this spell, find a special rock and cleanse and prepare it for magical work. Make a fire, or light a few candles on your altar. Get in touch with your body by stretching out on the floor. When you feel grounded, go to your altar, and place the rock in a spot facing north. Visualize yourself with roots going down into the earth, and say: Sacred rock, ground me. Help me set a course for the year ahead. |
