Today's a great time to quiet our minds and banish excess worrisome and/or obsessive thought patterns so we can experience deeper clarity and peace. With that in mind, light a stick of frankincense incense and soak in a warm bath into which you have dissolved one cup sea salt and 20 drops white chestnut essence (one of the Bach flower remedies). Keep plenty of drinking water on hand into which you have placed 2 to 4 drops of white chestnut essence.
As you soak, allow your thoughts and worries to do what they will, but periodically remember to consciously relax your body and feel the frenetic energy of your thoughts dissolving and being neutralized by the water. Allow yourself to release the hold these thought patterns have over you. Whenever you notice them arising, simply say, "Thank you for sharing," and let them go. Repeat again and again if necessary. |
